We get to know you personally. We are interested in your values, not just your valuables. We want to know what motivates you and also what your preferred communication style is.
We have designed our onboarding process to get to know you well. During this initial process, we won't be asking you to move any of your money to us or change how you do everything! Instead, we will be focusing on learning about you and understanding your financial situation well to determine if working together on an ongoing basis makes sense for us.
This is a complimentary meeting designed to uncover the obstacles and financial gaps you face in achieving your dreams. We will discuss where you currently are, where you want to go, and whether we are the right partner to get you there.
Over the course of two meetings, we dive deeper into your aspirations and fears. We will ask behaviorial questions and organize all your current relevant financial data. We will answer your most pressing questions and provide you with objective, honest and unbiased feedback about your situation. We will identify opportunities and risks you might be missing.
At this point in the process, we will be ready to make a mutual decision about whether Truman Wealth can add substantial value and how best to proceed with implementing our initial findings. If the decision is made to work together, we will execute the documents necessary to start putting your plan into motion.
Our ongoing process includes financial planning involving all areas of your life, investment management, and access to our team for ad-hoc meetings when things change.
If we choose to work together on an ongoing basis, we will routinely meet twice a year. These meetings give us an opportunity to review any major changes in your personal or financial situation and determine if these changes necessitate adjustments to your investment strategy or financial roadmap. We will also review your overall progress towards your long term financial goals.
As an ongoing client, we are available to you for any and all financial emergencies or questions that arise throughout the year. When you are anxious about a career change, have an unexpected death in your family or if you just need a sounding board for a major financial or life decision, we are there for you.
